About Event

According to numerous studies, it has been noted that most Canadians are feeling burnt out and experiencing symptoms of anxiety, stress, and depression. Establishing healthy coping mechanisms to soothe your nervous system is key to healing and nurturing your body. 

Grounding techniques are one way we can calm our nervous system and includes three main areas: physical techniques, mental techniques, and soothing techniques. In this webinar, delivered by Ilda Caeiro-Azzam, you will explore and define these three types of grounding techniques as well as practice some exercises within each of the categories to help you learn how to better cope with anxiety and emotional regulation.
