About Event

We invite you to rediscover your why — and deepen how you connect with others.

We all want to be driven by passion. But somewhere between scaling, managing, and meeting goals, the deeper why can get buried under the what and how.

This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your why — and build a community that moves with clarity and integrity. In the process, you’ll also forge more meaningful connections with fellow community builders.

Who it’s for:

Entrepreneurs, creatives, community builders, and curious minds seeking more depth in how they work and connect.

Why this is paid:

I know how valuable this process can be — and I want to create a space where everyone is truly committed to showing up and doing the work. A small financial commitment helps signal that intention.

I’ll also be providing food so we can share the experience in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Your Host:

Aisulu Jakisheva grew up between Kazakhstan and London, surrounded by entrepreneurs and inspired by her father’s use of Japanese business philosophies. From an early age, she developed a lifelong appreciation for building with purpose and intention.

After working as a UX designer for several years, Aisulu returned to her entrepreneurial roots. She developed her own unique purpose-mapping method and guided dozens of founders through it in one-on-one sessions and at events such as TechCrunch Disrupt.

Today, she is the founder of Quor — a business management tool designed to help entrepreneurs bring more purpose and clarity to their work — blending modern structure with timeless Japanese philosophy.

What to expect:

🌿 Guided Purpose Mapping
Uncover what truly drives you — in work and in life. Using the Japanese concept of Ikigai (your reason for being), you’ll craft a personal purpose map to serve as your north star in decisions, actions, and relationships.

💬 Reflective Conversations
Engage in thoughtful dialogues designed to foster deeper self-understanding and meaningful connection with others.

🤝 Meaningful Connection
Build relationships rooted in authenticity and shared values — connections that can inspire new perspectives, collaborations, and friendships.

💡 From Overwhelm to Aligned Action
Leave with greater clarity on where to focus your time and energy — and how to stay grounded in your purpose while navigating the complexities of modern life.

Here’s what past attendees have shared:
