πͺ F*ck the Small Talk: Malta #2
βAfter Berlin, Melbourne, Medellin, Vienna, Mexico City, and Lisbon, F*ck the Small Talk has landed in Malta for it's first season!
ββπ¦ WHAT'S THIS ABOUT?
ββF*ck the Small Talk is an out-of-the-box social experience where strangers come together for an evening of meaningful, fun, and deep conversation. Itβs also just a different & cool way of meeting new people by getting out of your comfort zone and skipping the small talk!
ββJoin us for an evening of games, talks, and connections with friends you havenβt met yet. Join if you get annoyed after being asked what you do, where you are from, and how long you have been in Malta every single time you meet someone. If you feel that there are better questions in life then this is the place for you. πβ
ββ
βπ HOW DOES IT WORK?
ββWe start with a short & sweet welcome talk followed by a few fun group games to warm up. Don't worry, nothing too awkward. After that, we split you up into small groups and start with the conversation rounds! We'll have awesome question cards that will guide the flow of the conversation. We'll never force you to speak in public. β€οΈ
ββπΉ HOW TO JOIN?
βWe like to keep our events cozy so we usually invite around 30ish people. If you are here it means you have been selected, and you're one click away from confirming your spot!
ββπ³ WHERE IS IT?
βWe host our events in awesome parks, cafes, and bars across the city. We like to keep it a secret so we only reveal the location to ticket holders 24 hours before the event. this edition will take place in the central hub around Sliema.
βββπ WHAT THEY SAY
ββπ£ βGreat way to connect with people in a more meaningful way. Get to the heart of the matter, dive straight into what really counts!β - Matthias
ββπ£ βI loved F*ck the small talk, I was a little bit nervous at first but they are pros at making you feel comfortable with the rest of the group, the activities are really fun and I enjoyed every second (consider that the one who's saying this is very, very shy). Give it a try!β - Brenda
ββπ£ βLively, interesting, introspective, completely open and no judgment. Everyone that joined was ready for great conversation and helped with different perspectives. So much fun! I can't wait for the next one! β - Yaz
π£ "itβs a wonderful experience, itβs like being a kid again, when you were at the park, playing with other kids, and just decided you were going to be best friends for the next hours. Maybe youβll never see those kids again. But that hour was amazing because you both opened up and trusted each other." - Sara

π MEET YOUR HOST, AMAL
β
Amal is a social butterfly that grew up in Sweden to Egyptian parents, now living in Malta. She loves hosting board game nights, theorizing about ancient history, exploring new skills, dancing salsa, cooking for groups and anyone who claims (or pretends) to like her food.
βGrowing up with such different cultures made her very curious about meeting and connecting with people. After having had such a great experience during her first F*ck the Small Talk, she knew she had to get more involved and be a part of this lovely community.β
