Living Carbon Open (Green)House: Co-Hosted with MCJ Collective
Living Carbon is excited to be hosting our second annual Open (Green)House event at our Bay Area location, this year co-hosted with MCJ Collective during San Francisco Climate Week!
Join us for a unique experience at Living Carbon's Greenhouse, where we grow and take care of our climate-smart trees. Our team will guide you through the exciting world of trees and the transformative journey from tissue culture to the thriving canopy of our future forests. Greenhouse tours will then be followed by lighting talks with leaders in the carbon removal community!
At Living Carbon, we are passionate about mitigating climate change through the remarkable potential of plants. Our greenhouse is the heart of our mission, where we propagate and research our climate-smart seedlings that have the power to sequester more carbon and store it for longer.
During your visit, you will have the opportunity to see our climate-smart seedlings up close, meet our experts, and join lightning talks to hear exciting updates from leaders in carbon removal. We will do a "2 in 1" visit that will take in total 50-60 minutes: visit of the green house itself and a light talks about the company and the space too!

In terms of logistics, there is a large parking space so you can park easily. For MCJ members, we can look at carpooling if people are coming from the same cities (SF, East Bay, South Bay etc).
