This event is a celebration of creative women lifting each other up.
You’ll meet:
Julia, an aspiring photographer who’s building her portfolio and offering complimentary portraits to each woman who joins.
And Weronika Potepa – a designer, owner of Willda design studio, and mum of twins — who will share insights on building a personal brand that reflects your values and helps you show up confidently in your business or career
🖼️ As part of this creative exchange, the photographer will select and edit 3 portraits from your session — the ones that best align with her portfolio. These images may be used in her portfolio.
2. Get professional portraits
Whether you're refreshing LinkedIn, launching something new, or just want photos that feel like you — this is your moment.
Each guest receives:
✔️ A mini photoshoot in a professional studio (the photography session take place in a side room, so the person being photographed has some privacy)
✔️ Guidance & coaching from the photographer on how to pose
✔️ 3 edited images (chosen by the photographer)

While you wait your turn in front of the camera, enjoy a cozy atmosphere with wine, drinks, snacks, and relaxed conversation.

💡 FAQ
Do I need to know how to pose?
Not at all. The photographer will gently guide you — the goal is to capture your natural energy and vibe. The photographer will help you feel comfortable.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever makes you feel confident and like yourself. If you'd like your photos for professional use, business casual is a great choice.
Is there a space to do makeup?
Yes, there’s a mirror in the studio. But we recommend doing your makeup at home so you don’t miss the talk or mingling time.
Can I take photos with a friend or in a group?
Yes — just make sure everyone in the photo has a ticket, as space is limited.
Can I choose which 3 photos are edited?
The photographer will select and edit the 3 images that best reflect her creative vision and portfolio. These are the final edited portraits you’ll receive, along with access to your full unedited gallery.
Will I get the rest of the raw (unedited) photos?
No, since they do not reflect the best work of the photographer, they will not be shared.
Will my photos be used publicly?
Yes. Because this is a portfolio-building collaboration, the edited portraits may be used by the photographer in her portfolio or on social media. By attending, you agree to this use.
