​Q: Is skate rental included? Can I bring my own skates?

​Yes, ice skate rentals are included with admission! We will have both figure and hockey skates available in sizes from toddler 8 to adult 15. You are also welcome to bring your own skates.

​Q: Are there any age restrictions for this event?

​This event is family-friendly and open to all ages!

​Q: What if I don’t know how to skate?

​You won’t be the only one! All skill levels are welcome and learning to skate is all part of the fun! For beginner skaters under 48" tall, skate helpers in the form of penguins and polar bears will be available for rent at an additional cost to assist with balance and control on the ice. For safety reasons, skate helpers are not available for skaters over 48" tall and are rented at the discretion of the rink manager.

​Q: Are food and drinks available for purchase

​Yes, food and drinks such as hot chocolate, hot cider, sandwiches, pizza, churros, nachos, hot dogs, cotton candy, popcorn, wraps and more, will be available for purchase. VIP ticket holders will have a dedicated server.

​Q: Is parking available?

​Yes! There is on-site self-serve parking for $8/hr or valet parking for $16/hr. Parking is also available at Universal Studios (across the street) for a flat daily rate of $10 which grants you in/out privileges.

​Q: Can I purchase tickets on the day of the event?

​Tickets will be available for purchase at the door if there is availability. However, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance, as skating sessions may reach capacity and availability is not guaranteed. Buying your ticket in advance will help prevent entry delays and ensure a smooth check-in experience. Please note, cash payments will not be accepted. All ticket purchases will be made online.
