Jazzy Collins, CSA - Moderator, CEO of Forced Perspective
Jazzy Collins, CSA is a production executive and casting director, as well as the CEO of production company Forced Perspective. She holds the honor of the first Black Primetime EMMY® winner in her category, winning in 2024 for casting The Traitors (Peacock). Her previous work includes Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls (Amazon, 2022 Emmy Nominee), The Bachelor and The Bachelorette (ABC), and over 20 other TV and feature projects across all genres. Jazzy has been at the forefront of the movement calling for diversity and inclusion in the entertainment industry, published in Deadline, The Hollywood Reporter, E! News, ET Canada, Women’s Health and beyond

Deirdre Owens - VP of Finance, Revolution Entertainment Services
Deirdre Owens is Vice President of Finance at Revolution Entertainment Services, where she oversees finance activities for the growing entertainment payroll company. She came to Revolution after 11 years at Cast & Crew, where she launched Cast & Crew Financial Services. Prior to joining Cast & Crew, Ms. Owens held the post of Senior Vice President of Finance at Grosvenor Park Media where she specialized in structuring and negotiating film and television investments including single and multi-project debt and debt/equity facilities. Previously, Ms. Owens worked with Jonathan Dolgen, the former Chairman of Paramount Pictures, at his private equity firm, Wood River Ventures, and at RBC Capital Markets as an Equity Research Associate.

David Li - Co-Founder, SVRN Ventures
David Li studied finance and accounting at USC before embarking on a career with Warner and HBO, where he worked on shows including Silicon Valley and Game of Thrones. He left his corporate career behind to co-found SVRN Ventures, partnering with funds and syndicates to form the community layer for the venture ecosystem

Shane Collins - Head of Production, Forced Perspective
Shane is a veteran physical production producer and member of the Producer’s Guild of America, responsible for thousands of hours of TV and feature programming and hundreds of commercial spots. His previous producing work includes season 1 of Percy Jackson & the Olympians on Disney+, Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party on VH1, the Sundance award winning documentary feature Unrest, the indie feature Electric Love, and commercial work for Kia, Grubhub, Intel, and more. His work has won accolades at Sundance Film Festival, the Cannes Lions, the Adweek Awards, and the AdAge Experiential Awards.
