​Introducing Dr. Sian Allen! She holds an MSc in Exercise Physiology and a PhD in statistical modeling of athlete performance data. She currently works as a Research Manager in the innovation team at Lululemon Athletica, leveraging the latest in technology, data analytics and scientific research to develop future products supporting human performance.

​Sian has spent 10 years optimizing the performance of elite athletes in Olympic, Paralympic and Pro sports in Great Britain and New Zealand. Let's chat athletic recovery optimization!
