This workshop will explore how to combat negative self-talk and limiting beliefs.
I truly believe that the inner work we do—learning to love ourselves, protecting and defending against “the gremlins”—directly shapes how we show up in the outer one. If we allow despair to consume us, if we lose hope or feel powerless, whether on a global scale or a deeply personal one, the forces of darkness win. We must continue to find ways to prioritize ourselves and what is most important to us, even—especially-–when the world feels chaotic.
