Join AthletaWell and Jenny Sanchez, founder of TheFitista and Dance House Fitness, for a high-energy movement experience inspired by Simone Biles and her 2016 Olympic floor routine. This is a great mother-daughter, besties, (coworkers, neighbors, gal pals!) workout experience—all are welcome. Let’s dance our way into 2023!
