​​Volunteering Untapped NYC is on a mission to build community through volunteering. We host events every month on the second Saturday and partner with local organizations around the city.

​​This month, we are partnering with City Relief, a mobile outreach organization offering people experiencing poverty and homelessness hot meals, supplies, and connections to resources for housing, employment, and health care

​We will have 8 total spots, 4 spots for operations volunteers and 4 spots for hospitality volunteers. The operations volunteers will focus on tasks like handing out bread and drinks, while the hospitality volunteers will help host our guests at the outreach and create a welcoming atmosphere. We will switch stations during the event so everyone has the opportunity to rotate through the roles. City Relief have staff on-site to provide orientation for each role.

​Afterwards we'll head to a local bar to hang out!

​Volunteering Untapped socials are an optional way to further socialize with other volunteers; we encourage everyone to come out to the social! Food and drinks will be available to purchase.
