Her personal passion drives her mission to empower women with the tools and clarity they need to thrive in their bodies and live their healthiest lives.
Dr. Nikole Kimes is the CEO and founder of Siolta Therapeutics, a biotech company pioneering microbiome-based therapies. With over a decade of research in microbial ecology and host-microbe interactions, Dr. Kimes leads a talented team working to develop precision microbial treatments that transform care for inflammatory diseases like asthma.

Vanloan also serves as founder and CEO of Berkeley Pharma Tech, where she leads the development of innovative healthcare solutions. She is a member of 1891 Angels, a Johns Hopkins alumni investor group, and holds degrees from UC Berkeley and Johns Hopkins University. A first-generation Vietnamese-American, Vanloan brings resilience, curiosity, and a deep sense of purpose to her work—believing strongly in biotechnology’s power to transform lives.
