About Event

Join to experience coaching curated for mama's who are preparing for parental leave, returning to work from their leave or trying to navigate the combination of parenthood and career with less guilt.


Working Mama Office Hours is for you if...

  • You're feeling nervous whether you're pregnant and unsure how to plan for your leave without feeling stressed and being a burden to your team or you're getting ready to go back to work and feeling anxious about leaving your new babe.

  • You're feeling stuck between being the best parent you can be and continuing to kill it in your career.

  • You're feeling behind and that taking time off will delay your career growth.

  • You're feeling overwhelmed and like the weight of the world is on your shoulders trying to manage it all.

It's also for you whether you're coaching-curious, coaching-wishful or a coaching-veteran looking to return to that self-reflection!


What to expect...

🤰🏻 Don't leave your problems behind. What's keeping you up at night? Bring the problems that are most weighing you down to this group, I promise you are not alone!
Feel the magic. We'll work through as many problems as we can with our hour, doing some rapid fire coaching and Laura will share some tips and tricks learned from years in a Head of HR seat combined with taking 2 leaves herself and coaching lots of mama's going through the same challenges.
💕 Learn from others. Arguably the best part of Office Hours is building some community around our shared challenges - hearing other's work through their own similar challenges can sometimes be just as if not more enlightening than working through your own!

Here are just a few of the challenges I've heard come up in coaching sessions to get the juices flowing...

"I don't know when to tell my boss that I'm pregnant and I'm worried about how they'll respond"

"I want to take the full leave available to me but I don't want it to impact my promotion timeline"

"I want to be really connected with my team but getting home to my kids is more important than joining a happy hour"

"I'm feeling overwhelmed with balancing what feels like two full time jobs and can't seem to show up fully at work"

Q: Do I have to participate?
A: While I encourage everyone to chime in and want you to get the very most you can from the session, a lot can be gained by listening to others be coached as well, so you can absolutely listen in.
