See Hear Feel
We'll practice Unified Mindfulness' signature technique, See Hear Feel, as developed by Shinzen Young.
For those unfamiliar,
See, Hear, and Feel are labels that are spoken when noting the following:
See includes:
See in- visual thought,
See out - outer visual activity,
See rest- visual rest (relative lack of visual activity )
Hear includes:
Hear in - auditory thought,
Hear out - external sounds
Hear rest- auditory rest (relative lack of sound
Feel includes:
Feel in - emotional body sensations
Feel out - non emotional body sensations
Feel rest - emotional Peace or physical relaxation.
We'll spend this meditation only in see hear feel. I hope to follow this with some more Unified Mindfulness based practiced.
