LCBO’s Inclusive Hiring Journey: Designing the ‘We Belong Here’ Initiative

​Joanna Patsakos, the Senior Accessibility Specialist at LCBO, will share the LCBO's approach to inclusive hiring and the design of the We Belong Here initiative - an enterprise pilot used to increase employment of people with disabilities and tap into the business benefits of inclusive hiring. You will hear about how the LCBO is leveraging collaborative partnerships and system level change to build a more inclusive and representative workforce.

The session will offer practical insights to organizations looking to advance their own inclusive hiring practices and prepare their teams to build their disability confidence.
