​GMCM 2nd Meetup 에서는 지속 가능한 Web3 커뮤니티 빌딩이라는 주제로 진행될 예정입니다.

​Web3에서 커뮤니티의 중요성에 대해 많은 프로젝트가 공감하고 있지만, 운영에 어려움을 겪고 있습니다. 특히, 커뮤니티 초기 참여자는 물론 후발주자 모두 소속감을 가지고 적극적으로 프로젝트에 참여하는 지속 가능한 커뮤니티를 만들기 위한 이야기를 커뮤니티를 운영하는 빌더 관점에서 고민하는 시간을 갖고자합니다.

​UNOPND의 소개와 발표를 시작으로 Web3와 K-Pop을 성공적으로 접목시킨 엔터테인먼트 에이전시 Modhaus(모드하우스)의 연사 세션과 현직에서 다양하게 활동 중인 Web3 빌더들과 함께하는 패널 세션이 진행 될 예정입니다.

​GMCM is UNOPND’s official meetup for Web3 community builders and it aims to bring all the community managers and builders together to share insights and experiences.

​In GMCM, you can listen to different Web3 specialists speak about their thoughts on the Web3 community and expand your network with other Web3 builders through networking sessions.

​GMCM 2nd Meetup

​In GMCM 2nd Meetup, the key takeaway is "building a sustainable Web3 community".

​We all know that communities are essential for Web3 projects, but we often encounter challenges when it comes to effectively managing them in the long run. Offering monetary compensation to community members can provide short-term benefits, but it is not sufficient for ensuring long-term sustainability. Therefore, we need a comprehensive strategy to not only encourage early users to remain active but also encourage newcomers to engage and contribute to the community. During this event, we will discuss how to build and manage a sustainable Web3 community.

​Following the introduction by UNOPND, we will have a keynote session featuring Modhaus, an entertainment agency that has seamlessly integrated Web3 and K-Pop, and a panel session with various active Web3 builders.

​Join us as we bring together current community managers and builders to exchange insights, strategies, and best practices in Web3 community management.
