Global Observation Network Roundtable
Building a global network of atmospheric observations represents one of the highest leverage possibilities to drive rapid progress on information and action to address weather and earth system extremes. Join an exclusive gathering of scientists, government officials, philanthropists and industry partners for a discussion on the transformational opportunity to rapidly close major gaps in greenhouse gas - methane and CO2 - and aerosol observations through the deployment of observing instruments on commercial ships and aircraft. Our co-discussants include senior experts from government, science and industry.
We're thrilled to co-host this session with SilverLining, a nonprofit founded in 2018 to ensure a safe and secure planet by advancing research to manage near-term Earth systems risks and possible responses, promote economic and global security, and protect communities and natural lands.
