​Romedi Ganzoni (Legal Partner at MME) is a specialist in financial market law and advises nationally and internationally oriented companies from the technology and financial sectors on regulatory and private law matters. His legal focus lies in particular in Banking 2.0, regulatory compliance, new technologies and contract law. ​Thomas Linder (Tax Partner at MME) is experienced in providing tax advice to companies based in Switzerland and abroad, with particular expertise in the area of VAT. He is considered a pioneer in the tax and legal analysis of decentralized business models, blockchain-based transactions, ICOs and digital assets. His clients from the technology and FinTech industry range from innovative start-ups from the «Crypto Valley» and renowned international companies to professional investors and DeFi enthusiasts.
