With a diverse corporate career, he excels in building high-performing teams, fostering customer-centric strategies. Passionate about mentoring and collaborative leadership, Sami has recently shifted his focus to helping businesses scale and achieve their strategic goals.

​Xianhang Zhang is a 3x Founder and ex-Head of Growth at the South China Morning Post. He’s held a number of roles across startups in San Francisco, China and Hong Kong and labels himself as someone who’s done so much startup stuff he’s equally bad at everything. He now works as a Founder Coach in Singapore.
