​Our C-Suite Clinics allow leaders to share & discuss their People challenges in a supportive, safe environment with an expert from the team. Our No.1 aim is for people to leave with tangible actions to address these challenges and the confidence to implement them.

Creating high performance as you grow.

Over the last 18 months, we’ve seen a dramatic shift from growth at all costs to performance at all costs. Technology companies have been asked to focus on profitability and the strength of their unit economics. This has created friction in the transition for many companies. During the clinic, we'll explore topics such as:

  • ​​Create a performance culture within your organisation

  • ​​Build structures for high performance in your environment

How it works?

Group coaching & learning - It’s not often that founders can share and tackle challenges together. We facilitate impactful group discussions which not only help uncover valuable perspectives and experience - but also create a stronger sense of community within a portfolio.

A continued relationship - At the end of each session, a summary of the People Clinic (content + materials, learning outcomes, and an overview of the action discussed) will be provided to all attendees to help leaders embed the right solutions.

Expert advice - By collecting information about particular founder challenges prior to a People Clinic, we’re able to jump straight in and tackle difficult topics head-on. This means impact is achieved much faster, and founders will quickly have plenty of implementable ideas to take back to their business.
