matrescence (n) — the process of becoming a mother; the physical, psychological and emotional changes you go through after the birth of your child.

Jess creates a safe space for us working moms to be vulnerable, learn, and grow together and provides tools and mindset shifts to allow us show up more authentically at work and at home.
