Boris Petrovitch Njegosh thrives in systemic design, focusing on the synergy between people and organizations. With nearly a decade of product leadership experience, he leverages Design Thinking and technology to unite remote teams, ensuring collaboration stays both engaging and productive.
By 2022, Boris had been recognized among Miroverse’s top 10 creators and is acknowledged as a 1% Miro Expert for his work on the R SPRINT system, which transformed remote teamwork. In early 2024, he took on the role of Community Lead for R Generation, fostering a vibrant network where remote professionals connect, share tools, and grow. His impact in these areas has been celebrated through multiple awards.
Within the rapidly evolving digital landscape, Boris earned certifications in Product Design and Management from the THIGA Academy. There, he now mentors client teams as a hands-on leader. He also serves as an AI mentor, backed by his “AI Design Sprint” certification from A33, championing the accessibility of generative innovation and AI tools,even for newcomers.
