βMiguel is an Experience Design Strategist, educator, and entrepreneur from New York. He is currently the Director of Product Design & Strategy at NYC & Company, NYC's main marketing/tourism arm. He specializes in Inclusive Design, Design Strategy, and Design Process and is passionate about Digital Equity, Gov Tech, and Civic Design. He is a UX educator having taught at General Assembly, currently teaching at CareerFoundry, and the founder of Inclusion Design Lab, an educational platform for UX beginners focusing on teaching Inclusive Design methods and principles. He's also the founder of Rita Creative, an agency turned startup supporting creative initiatives led by women and people of color at scale.

βShe currently works as a Design Director (Digital) at Stink Studios, β previously at Jam3. Based in Toronto, she leads and mentors global teams of creatives from brief to delivery. Sheβs also a judge on The FWA.
βThrough her 8+ years of experience in the digital space, sheβs collaborated with clients to lead experiential, web, and cross channel productions with tools including AR, webGL, machine learning, deepfake, and AI.
