🇺🇸 Ying Yao — Senior UX Designer at Honeywell

Ying (she/her) is a UX and product designer at Honeywell. She kicked off her career creating digital solutions for Fortune 500 clients before transitioning to enterprise UX to tackle B2B product challenges. In addition to being an ADPList mentor, she's also the co-organizer of Ladies that UX Atlanta, a design community focused on career growth, community learning, and building relationships among diverse women and non-binary folx.

Fun fact: In her previous life, Ying broadcasted smooth jams through the airwaves of Atlanta as a radio DJ 🎧

🇺🇸 Miguel M — Director of Product Design at NYC & Company

Miguel is an Experience Design Strategist, educator, and entrepreneur from New York. He is currently the Director of Product Design & Strategy at NYC & Company, NYC's main marketing/tourism arm. He specializes in Inclusive Design, Design Strategy, and Design Process and is passionate about Digital Equity, Gov Tech, and Civic Design. He is a UX educator having taught at General Assembly, currently teaching at CareerFoundry, and the founder of Inclusion Design Lab, an educational platform for UX beginners focusing on teaching Inclusive Design methods and principles. He's also the founder of Rita Creative, an agency turned startup supporting creative initiatives led by women and people of color at scale.

Fun fact: Miguel has a secret DJ life 🎶

🇨🇦 Serene Wong — Design Director, Digital at Stink Studios

She currently works as a Design Director (Digital) at Stink Studios, — previously at Jam3. Based in Toronto, she leads and mentors global teams of creatives from brief to delivery. She’s also a judge on The FWA.

Through her 8+ years of experience in the digital space, she’s collaborated with clients to lead experiential, web, and cross channel productions with tools including AR, webGL, machine learning, deepfake, and AI.

Fun fact: She’s attempting to be a home chef when restaurants are closed (she hasn’t burned down the kitchen yet) 👩‍🍳
