Panelists:

Tom Ruginis is the founder of HappiLabs, creator of the Virtual Lab Manager, a service for biotech companies that supports labs with purchasing, supply chain and other lab manager related duties. HappiLabs was acquired by Science Exchange earlier this year. Before HappiLabs, he started as a molecular biology grad student at the University of IL before realizing the potential to solve a headache for most labs who don't have a lab manager. He now lives in Pacifica, CA, was raised in Chicago, and loves to talk science and play poker.

Olivier Causse is the co-founder and CEO of ZoomLogi, an AI platform that reduces risk and cost in pharma cold-chain logistics. Before launching ZoomLogi, he spent seven years at Uber Freight, finishing as General Manager for the SMB and Mid-Market segment. A mechanical engineer by training, Olivier also brings experience as a venture-capital investor.

Tyler Wilson is the Co-founder & General Partner of Constellation, an early‑stage venture capital firm investing at the intersection of healthcare, bio, and AI.  Previously, he was a product leader at Transcarent, an AI‑powered care‑navigation company, and a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz where he supported growth investments in healthcare and bio companies.
