Yoga Class

​Come along and enjoy a class focused on aligning breath, which anchors us in the present moment, with movement, which helps us to strengthen, purify and connect with our body. This creates a balanced system where energy can flow freely.

​​This session will be a space to come together to heal, grow, relax and connect.

​​We will have tea after class to enjoy some time together.

​​Beginners are welcome 😊
