​At the 2024 Earth Gathering during some downtime, Josh Vernon, the inimitable CEO of CarbonRE, asked the group to spend 15 minutes “shredding his pitch” in advance of his Series A round preparation. We did. He loved it. Then we all shred each other’s pitches as well.

​And so Shred My Pitch was born: 2 minute pitches, 8 minutes feedback. Founders + funders. Pizza, beer, and constructive criticism. We’re now broadening this to a wider audience - so if you're preparing for a round, raising a fund, practising a sales pitch, or anything else pitch related - and want to dry run it amongst friends - get involved!
