About Event

Switzerland, the world’s #1 innovation country (Global Innovation Index), is committed to driving innovation in Deep Tech. As part of this mission, the Global Deep Tech Battle (GDTB) was launched to give groundbreaking startups a voice on the world’s biggest tech stages—starting at VivaTech 2025 from June 11 to 13.

What Is It?

A global pitch competition for deep tech startups across 5 verticals: Healthtech, Cleantech, IoT & Smart Systems, AI & Robotics, Spacetech and Defense

Startups pitch live in front of an international jury of investors, media, corporates, and innovation leaders. Each session winner earns €3,000.

This is a Live Event happening at VivaTech 2025 – swisstech Pavilion #Exhibition Hall 1 B.38.

Please note that this is an application base type of event - you need to be a Vivatech ticket holder to attend.
