Members of the Society of Working Moms can tap into weekly group discussions facilitated by Jess Ringgenberg, founder of ELIXR Coaching and Consulting & SOWM's Head of Coaching.

Jess's focus is on matrescence and the identify changes a woman faces at every age & stage of motherhood!

matrescence (n) — the process of becoming a mother; the physical, psychological and emotional changes you go through after the birth of your child.

Jess creates a safe space for working moms to be vulnerable, learn, and grow together; and she provides tools and mindset shifts to allow us show up more authentically at work and at home.
