About Event
Have you had a long day? Feeling tensed, stressed and/or anxious? Join in for this gentle and relaxing practice. Wear something comfortable (pjs are comfy ;), come as you are and bring a few cushions, pillows and a strap (or rolled up towel). You can even practice in bed if you'd like!
Looking forward to see you as we stretch and release the cares of the day!
