PN Berlino è entusiasta di annunciare il suo primo evento sportivo in collaborazione con Giovanni Ruzza, un esperto fitness coach italiano con oltre 4 anni di esperienza a Berlino (Beat81, Club Athleten, Holmes Place Boutique).
Unisciti a noi per un allenamento all'aperto dinamico, pensato per tutti i livelli! Il workout combinerà momenti di jogging con esercizi a corpo libero in diverse "stazioni" nel parco. È l'occasione perfetta per muoversi, migliorare la propria forma fisica e socializzare.
Inizieremo con un adeguato riscaldamento e finiremo con dello stretching. Dopo l'allenamento, ci sarà ampio tempo per conoscerci e fare networking.

IPN Berlin is excited to announce its first sports event in collaboration with Giovanni Ruzza, an experienced Italian fitness coach with over 4 years of experience in Berlin (Beat81, Club Athleten, Holmes Place Boutique).
Join us for a dynamic outdoor workout, designed for all levels! The session will combine jogging with bodyweight exercises at different "stations" in the park. It's the perfect opportunity to get moving, improve your fitness, and socialize.
We'll start with a proper warm-up and finish with some stretching. After the workout, there will be plenty of time to get to know each other and network.
Important details:
Confirm your participation by registering and completing the payment. Spots are limited!
Please wear comfortable and appropriate shoes and clothing for physical activity.
Make sure you are in good health to participate.
In case of bad weather, the event will unfortunately be cancelled, but you will be notified in advance.
