Sunday Morning Yoga - July 30, 2023
Level 1 practice of one hour with Chinmayi Bhavanishankar. If you have done some yoga in the past and want to get back to a regular weekly practice, this session is for you. The class will challenge you, ground you, and energize you - there will be plenty of options for poses that you may not be comfortable with.
This is your time to invest in your own body and breath - please leave all distractions behind as much as you can and join at least 5 minutes early.
Please do not eat a heavy meal right before class - eat a healthy breakfast at least an hour before
Have your yoga mat ready, a strap (a belt or leash will do) and two blocks if you have them
Please let me know if you have any current or past injuries or tightness or soreness at the beginning of class
Remember - your body is your responsibility. If you experience any sharp pain during practice, come out of the pose immediately and don't push yourself.
