About the Atlanta Web3 Alliance (AWA)
The Atlanta Web3 Alliance is an alliance formed between Atlanta's core web3 community leaders with the goal of building Atlanta into a premier hub for web3 innovation globally. The founding members include 404 DAO, Atlanta Blockchain Center, Kitt Labs, W3 Studio, and Jonathan King.
This ambitious goal will be accomplished by focusing on four main pillars:
Ecosystem Activity: we aim to have a thriving ecosystem of startups, scaled companies, large corporate participants, investors, developers, and universities operating in web3.
Mindshare: we expect Atlanta to be spoken about as a top global city in web3 by thought leaders in Atlanta and across the world.
Events: we will make Atlanta the home for global Crypto events and also local gatherings.
Policy: we will engage local and state government officials to support web3 legislative initiatives.
