Please be there a few minutes earlier so we can start on time.
I recommend that you use a camera, so I'll be better able to help with corrections and modifications. Try to find an angle that shows your mat and as much of your body as possible. But don't worry, it doesn't need to perfect! If you prefer to keep your camera off, you can do that just as well. If possible, keep a couple of yoga blocks or large books handy to use for modifications.
I will record the session, upload the video as "unlisted" to YouTube and share the link in this chat afterwards.
Just so you know: Don't expect one hour of relaxation. There will be a few minutes of relaxation at the end, of course, but I plan to make the class dynamic, fast paced and fun! Be ready to sweat!
