Aliveness Circle [members and +1s]
Aliveness Circle is a supportive, heart-centered container where we meet regularly every 1-2 weeks to discuss topics related to aliveness, and collectively support one another on our journeys towards fuller aliveness. Insights will be fed from my ongoing Masters in Applied Positive Psychology research study on aliveness.
Aliveness Circle is a space for anyone who’s yearning to:
Connect with yourself and others in a heart-centric space
Build human-centric skills (e.g. presence; compassion; curiosity)
Explore what aliveness means to you — whether it’s more purpose, connection, creativity, authenticity or wholeness
***
This session will be on the theme of Wholeness.
How can we broaden the scope of what it means to be human? How can we embrace the depths of our whole humanity, including the difficult, vulnerable and contradictory parts?
We feel more fully alive when we can bring the whole of ourselves to life - our beautiful, messy, wonderfully imperfect selves. We loosen the need for masks/ walls, or to hide/ distort parts of ourselves to 'fit in' - we belong for who we really are.
What to expect:
Short sharing on the theme of Wholeness: research-based insights and personal stories
Solo reflections and 1-1 paired discussions to explore: What does a life of wholeness look like for me?
A group 'healing circle' conversation to discuss what might be holding us back from wholeness and aliveness, and what are small shifts we can start to make.
We will take turns sharing from the heart, and others will hold space and practice human-centric skills in responding.
"A safe and supportive space to explore deeply personal topics in community" - past participant.
