Ganapathi Krishnamoorthi is a Principal ML Solutions Architect at AWS. He creates and evolves solutions architecture strategies to drive customer success. With a strong background in data engineering and cloud migration, he leads clients through complex ML deployments, focusing on Generative AI and open-source solutions.
Kunal Sawarkar is a highly accomplished AI expert and entrepreneur, serving as Distinguished Engineer & Chief AI Scientist at IBM. His expertise spans the entire machine learning lifecycle, with a focus on Generative AI and deep learning. A Master Inventor with 20+ patents, he also actively invests in and advises startups focused on ClimateTech and AI4Good. Additionally, he is the author of "Deep Learning with Pytorch Lightning" and serves as the Editor-in-Chief for the digest "Towards Generative AI". He has been featured in 40under40 innovators.

Permanence is a company built by a group of AI practitioners with deep experience, building systems to control Generative AI, and make modern AI advances useful, safe, and suitable for humans
Joseph Hackman is the Founder/CEO of Permanence. With over a decade of industry language model experience, Joseph has led AI teams at Intel, Attentive, and ASAPP. Joseph is an inventor on a dozen granted AI patents, contributed to the IEEE 7010 AI Ethics standard, and is on the faculty of Columbia University.
Ethan Elenberg, PhD is the Founding Scientist of Permanence. After his doctoral studies and spending time at Apple and Twitter, Ethan led a research group at ASAPP that improved language model training, fine-tuning, summarization, and text classification. His current research focus is in-context learning.
Your Organizers
Prithvi Rajasekaran is a Software & Applied AI Engineer with experience building AI systems at scale. Previously at MIT's Auto ID Lab and C3.AI, he developed AI applications for Fortune 500 companies and led research initiatives across IoT, voice recognition, and medical domains. Currently, he leads GenAI Collective's NYC chapter and international presence, and is always looking for ways to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and practical applications.
Alex Pizzirani is a quantitative researcher at AllianceBernstein L.P.
Saurav Velleleth is a Solutions Architect at Cohere advising enterprises on building AI systems. He was previously at Retool and C3 AI, as well as a co-founder of Dogwood Technology Associates.
Rahul Verma is a senior software engineer at AppliedXL.
