About Event

Taking time to rest is anything but a waste, yet we often overlook its significance in our writing.

Join us for this VIRTUAL event as we delve into the value of rest, exploring its impact on both our bodies and the creative process.

Session Structure

We'll kick off with a 20-minute discussion before transitioning into a guided 30-minute yoga nidra (yogic sleep) session. Use this opportunity to unwind, reconnect to your inner writer, or enjoy a much-needed nap. As we conclude, we'll engage in personal reflection through journaling; feel free to work independently or simply continue to snooze away.

This is a foundational session. No prior experience with yoga or yoga nidra required.
