​While building and selling your product or service offering is likely your core focus – the ability to clearly articulate your commercial position is what investors and boards will measure you by as you scale and grow.  

​ In the latest State of Australian Startup Funding Report – the message is clear that investors are looking for a sharper focus on unit economics, long-term sustainability, and efficient capital use.   Whether you are bootstrapping, at an early investment stage, or Series A and beyond,  setting a solid foundation early can save a lot of headaches down the track and avoid the time-consuming and expensive process of “cleaning up” at a later date. 

​In this workshop session, we will explore what your finance support should be like at different stages of growth and the fundamentals that will serve you well and ultimately best position you to be ready for opportunities as they arise – whether from investors or potential partners or acquirers.
