MBA Careers in Climate

​Are you an MBA student, prospective MBA, or alumna/us who wants to use your business skills to make a difference on climate?  It’s true that “every job is a climate job,” but making sense of the ever-changing climate career landscape and finding the perfect fit for your skills and expertise can be daunting.  In this webinar, Katie Kross, managing director of the Center for Energy, Development, and the Global Environment (EDGE) at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and co-founder of the ClimateCAP Initiative, will discuss career options, trends, and practical strategies for finding and landing a climate job.  We’ll talk about climate career paths and resources you may have heard of before, and some you probably haven’t.  Hosted by ClimateCAP.

​About the Speaker: Katie Kross is a sustainable business educator, thought leader, and careers expert.  As the managing director of the Center for Energy, Development, and the Global Environment (EDGE) at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, she develops and leads educational and extracurricular programs for MBA students, including editorial leadership for the MBA EDGE knowledge platform.  She is co-founder of the ClimateCAP Initiative and author of the book Profession and Purpose: A Resource Guide for MBA Careers in Sustainability.
