About Event

Welcome and Thank You for supporting the AREAA Greater Seattle Chapter's 2025 Pickleball Fundraising Tournament!

This exciting event brings together real estate professionals, community members, and local leaders for a day of pickleball, community connection, and philanthropy-all in support of launching our Down Payment Assistance Grant, which aims to increase homeownership within the AANHPI community.

Join us for a fun-filled day of pickleball, networking, and community building! Whether you're just in it for the fun or ready to get competitive, we've got a spot for you:

🔹 Social Bracket – Perfect for beginners or casual players. Just come out, hit some balls, and enjoy the good vibes with fellow AREAA members and friends. No pressure – just play!

🔹 Competitive Bracket – You'll be matched with players of similar skill levels.

🎾 Paddles and balls provided if you don’t have your own.

🎟 Tickets:

  • Early Bird Spectators: $15 (ends August 08, 2025)

  • Early Bird Players: $100 (ends August 08, 2025)

  • Pricing starting August 9:

    • Spectators: $25 (AREAA Members) | $35 (Non-members)

    • Players: $110 (AREAA Members) | $130 (Non-members)

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need to be an experienced pickleball player to participate?
A: Not at all! We have two brackets: Social & Competitive

Q: How do I choose between Social and Competitive?
A: When registering, simply select your preferred bracket.

-Choose Social if you want a fun, casual experience.

-Choose Competitive if you want to be matched with similar-level players.

Q: Do I need my own paddle or gear?
A: Nope! We’ll have paddles and balls available for you to borrow. But feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Q: How many games are guaranteed?
A: 4 games minimum, up to 11 points.

Q: What does COED player mean?
A: Players - COED can be women doubles, men doubles, or mixed doubles. All gender team.

Q: Can I come just to watch or network?
A: Yes! Spectators and guests are welcome. There will be space to hang out, network, and cheer on the players.

Q: Will there be food or drinks?
A: We will have a food truck selling food & beverages for purchase. Bring your energy—your first drink is on us.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Athletic or comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. Dress for movement!

Q: Are kids welcomed?
A: Children aged 10 and older are welcome to attend but must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times, as alcohol will be served during the event. AREAA Greater Seattle is not liable for any injuries. All attendees, regardless of age, are required to purchase a ticket.

Q: Can I still donate even though I am not able to attend?

Q: Can I register with a partner?
A: Absolutely! You can sign up solo or with a partner. If you’re solo, we’ll match you with someone based on your level and bracket.

A: See Ticket Pricing above. All proceeds help support AREAA’s Down Payment Assistance Grant.
