We're exploring a different value every month in 2025. The main inspiration is Rick and Forest Hanson’s book, Resilience.
This month: Gratitude
This workshop is a chance to dive into the sixth chapter of Resilience, where we’ll explore gratitude as key to building inner strength and navigating life’s challenges. Over the course of just one hour, we’re looking at how gratitude can act as a powerful tool for resilience, connection, and emotional well-being.
We’ll discuss what gratitude really means, practice it through a guided exercise, and reflect on how it shows up in our daily lives.
By the end of the hour, we’ll hopefully leave with practical insights, a deeper sense of connection, and questions to help you carry learning forward in the coming weeks.
Whether you’re new to these ideas or already working with them, this workshop is about gently exploring how learning can strengthen your inner foundation. Expect a welcoming, supportive space where we can learn from the book, each other, and our own personal experiences.

What if I don't have the book?
This is not a book club. You don't need to have read Resilience, although we do recommend it.
