Homecoming party: Celebrating my journey, unpacking the lessons and stories
If I had a penny for every time someone asked me "How do you do this?" or "Your life is so interesting!" I'd probably have enough pennies to fund another adventure :P
I'm genuinely humbled that you find my decade-long escapism-fueled, globe trotter life intriguing. Now that I'm sort of at the tail end of this chapter (no really! it is time to NEST), I really want to share what I've learned along the way. CELEBRATE it and share it with you.
So...
I'm opening up my coffee bar for a casual Saturday hang for all my friends in Bombay to come say hi, give me a hug and ask me anything or everything you always wanted to.
You should come for:
Me! obviously.
But if you need better reasons here goes:
Answers to your burning questions: How do I afford this? Where do I start? How do I make friends everywhere? Ask me everything you always wanted to
Like-minded company: Meet my cool collection of friends in Bombay or bring a cool one I must meet
Real talk: The messy truth, mistakes I made, and everything I wish someone had told me
Coffee from around the world: My coffee bar is stocked with beans from Africa, Colombia, Denmark and Asia. Matcha lattes and chai for those who don't do coffee.
My only ask
Bring your big smiles and warm hugs. And gift me your FULL, undivided attention. Please note, you cannot use your phone in your entire time at the party. There's something magical about real conversation without distractions, you'll see what I mean. Bring a +1 if you want—the more interesting people, the better the conversation.
Can't wait to see you Saturday :)
