General Rules
Teams are to register on or before 16th March 2025
A team should have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 members.
Cross-college teams are allowed.
The hackathon is of a 24-hour format beginning at 10 AM on 20th March 2025. No team member is allowed to leave the venue without informing the coordinators until the end of the hackathon.
Limit of 40 teams for the screening round. 16 teams will make it to through the final offline hackathon on campus.
[An online Screening round may be held on 17th March 2025- Refund will be provided if a team doesn't clear screening round. Refund wont be provided if a team decides to withdraw after being selected for the screening round]
Problem statements will be released 1 day prior to the hackathon(8 PM on 19th March) on the WhatsApp group. One problem statement will be allocated to a maximum of one team on the basis of first come first serve.
Team members need to carry their own systems/peripherals. Students can get their own extension boards.
The hackathon may have a fun twist that sticks to the theme, register to know more ;)
The decisions of the judges will be final.
[Team leaders are to check their email for the WhatsApp group link once verified and compulsorily join it once received as further communication will be done there. Organizers are not responsible for miscommunication if this step is not done.]
[Please note that registration preference will be given to non GEC students first]
