Highlighting the intersection of sculptural ceramics and fashion, HAN and SELFI will showcase a collaborative exhibition at HAN Studio. The display will focus on the relationship between texture, form, and artistry in both mediums. Alongside individual works, the two brands will launch a collection of ceramic and fashion pieces designed together, blending their research and influences to reflect both past designs and future aspirations.
About HAN
A retail store and working ceramic studio, HAN Studio is the space where founder, Hannah Massey, makes sculptural ceramic vessels and functional ware, while welcoming purveyors of local design to peer behind the curtain. With collaboration at the heart of her brand, Hannah works with local artists and designers by creating events, merging mediums and sharing spaces.
About SELFI
SELFI is a Cape Town based ready-to-wear clothing brand designed with the modern women in mind. Launched by Celeste Lee Arendse, the label specialises in creating sustainable, bespoke ethical apparel and accessories, while focusing on incorporating aspects of South African culture and identity.
