Bescy Chicago - Behavioral Science in Careers Panel and Networking

​We’re excited to partner with the IIT Institute of Design (ID) for an evening of connecting and learning with fellow behavioral science practitioners and enthusiasts!

​Join to meet and connect with others in the Chicago community and get insights on how to utilize behavioral science in your career from an interactive discussion. A panel of local BeSci practitioners will share their career paths in the field and answer your questions in a Q&A session. Whether you want to become a full time behavioral scientist or utilize its methods for work in another field, you'll have the opportunity to ask your questions to experts and discuss with the community.

​The panel members are:

• ​Ruth Schmidt - Associate Professor of Behavioral Design at IIT Institute of Design and board member at Bescy

• ​Eliana Polimeni - Director of Behavioral Science at Ipsos North America, PhD from the Kellogg School of Management and former Principal Researcher at the Booth School of Business

• ​Erik Johnson - Founder of Behavioral Strategies and board member at Bescy

​This is an opportunity for anyone interested in how to apply behavioral science in their careers to connect and learn from fellow practitioners and enthusiasts.

ID is a graduate-only school of design that offers Masters and PhDs degrees in design, as well as a professional degree of Master of Design Methods. It is a recognized international leader in defining design’s role in responding to changing technological, social, and economic environments, including seminar and workshop classes that focus on how design and behavioral science can partner to solve challenges and uncover opportunities.
