Camden Bean
Partner, Tandem Ventures
Camden’s path into venture capital started far from traditional. He got his start at Divvy as the first intern in 2016, working unpaid and handling anything the team needed — from building desks to scraping prospect lists. His hustle earned him a spot on a small team tasked with launching Divvy’s partnership channel, which grew from zero to over $100 million in ARR in just two and a half years. After Divvy’s acquisition in 2021, Camden teamed up with Alex and McKay to build Tandem Ventures, where he now helps founders scale fast-growing companies with the same scrappy, hands-on approach.
