Gravity Yoga Session: HAMSTRINGS
This is a targeted mobility training method that works to open up your body. These classes are hugely popular all around the world because they deliver flexibility results quickly. The theme of this class is Hamstrings. We will use three very simple priniciples; relaxation, breath work and holding time.
No yoga experience required, super stiff people always welcome :) I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
This is a comminity class and any donations go towards edenproject.org - they plant trees and support struggling families through that.
Recommended Props: You do not need any fancy props, everything you need can be found around your home.
Yoga Mat
Blankets
Blocks (books/pillows work fine)
Strap
Cushions (I like couch pillows best, meaning the back of couch pillows)
Stool/chair - we put our hands or elbows on this in some modifications.
