I hope your holidays were filled with joy, relaxation, and maybe even a few finished books. 🥳 You're officially invited to kick off 2025 with our first book swap of the year! It’s always such a treat to see what everyone’s been reading, and with Valentine’s Day just around the corner, why not bring something romantic? Share a book that made your heart skip a beat—let’s heat up this chilly winter with stories brimming with passion and love! 💕📚

​Schedule

​7:30-8:00 -- When you arrive, make your way all the way to the room in the back. Grab a name tag, some food and drinks and mingle amongst each other while we wait for people to arrive. Food, drinks and utensils will be provided but if you like to cook, you're more than welcome to bring something too!

​​8:00–8:30 -- Now that people have settled in, we'll separate people into teams, do some quick ice-breakers and play some fun trivia!

​​​8:30–9:00 -- The moment you've been waiting for! Introduce everyone to the book you brought, and give us your best sales pitch on why someone should choose your book! Once everyone has had a chance to share, we'll start exchanging white elephant style~

​​Q: What is a Book Swap Social?

​​A: As the name implies, people bring books, socialize and at the end of the night we exchange the books we brought for a new one.

​​Q: Are there any limits or restrictions to the books I can bring?

​​A: You can bring as many books as you like! They can be fiction, nonfiction, manga, graphic novels etc. Most importantly, it should be a book you would recommend and think others might enjoy.

​Q: Why did you decide to create book swap social?

​A: Ultimately to find a GF lmao, and meet new ppl.
