This Week’s Topic: What Motivates You?

Dive into the art of connecting with your body, unwinding your mind, and expressing your deepest desires with Olo’s online sessions. How we embody our bodies and respond to every experience in our lives acts as a mirror, reflecting back aspects of ourselves, our relationship to others, and our relationship to the world.

Throughout these sessions, you’ll learn to rewire your brain and nervous system by:

  • Enhancing your connection to your body and inhabiting it fully

  • Letting go of physical and emotional tension

  • Regulating your stress responses

  • Cultivating micro-moments of rejuvenation and peace

  • Tuning into your truth and accessing a deeper understanding of yourself through your needs and desires

Led by Catarina Brazão, Olo's co-founder and seasoned somatic therapist, these sessions are meant to help you expand your creativity, unlock psychological insights, and experience the benefits of embodied self-awareness. Catarina has facilitated over 10,000 sessions and 200+ retreats and workshops for people from all walks of life.
