Sexuality is fluid and yet, for too long, societal norms, such as guilt and shame, have suppressed women and shut us off from accessing our passion, joy, creativity, and pleasure. When we suppress this energy, we shut down our connection to our power and limit our ability to thrive.
During this course we will dive into why there is such a stigma around women's sexuality, sensuality, pleasure, and what is essentially our power.
We will dive deep into our second chakra. When open, the flow of the second chakra, the spark of our Divinity, is essential for accessing passion and the life force that sustains us. Guilt, shame, and judgment can shut down the second chakra, leading to a lack of flow and sensuality, and ultimately disconnecting us from our power and Sacred Feminine energy.
Society, culture, religion, families, and ancestral trauma create an internal judge or ‘Patriarch’ which, in turn, creates barriers to our access of the most sacred part of our Divinity.
So, what does your inner Patriarch say about sex? How much shame or guilt do you carry around about your sensuality and pleasure?

Our Sacred Feminine resides in the womb – at the very center of our essence. This is the seat of our power. It is the center of feelings, passion, sensuality, pleasure, and the birthplace of creativity. This is the home of our Divine Temple.
The Sacred Feminine needs a safe and nurturing environment to fully express our sexual energy. The Sacred Masculine holds and cherishes the feminine, allowing her to surrender fully and openly. It's not about male conquest and female acquiescence. It's about sacred intimacy, trust, honoring, and letting go.
The union between the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine (regardless of which gender you identify with) happens because the Divine Masculine holds the container safe for the Divine Feminine to surrender.
