About the Circle
AI is everywhere - in our inboxes, meeting notes, design files, and office tools. But with the sudden rush of AI adoption, things feel messy. Companies are pushing employees to use AI for everything, people are being hired (or fired) because of AI skills, and no one is sure what the future of work really looks like.
This Perspectives Circle is about the relevance of our work in the age of AI. We’ll reflect on what kinds of tasks AI will likely take over, where humans will still matter most, and how we can keep our roles meaningful in the next 5 years.
Initiator Profile
The initiator is a design strategist who works at the intersection of emerging tech and creative problem-solving. He has led projects combining technology, design, and storytelling - always exploring how new tools reshape the way humans work.
With this circle, he wants to invite people from different fields to share their views on the fast-changing world of AI at work, and to openly explore how we can adapt while keeping our work relevant and human.
What to Expect
A 2-hour interactive conversation in a small group

How human roles can stay relevant
What the workplace may look like in 5 years
No jargon, no lectures — just real stories and perspectives
The session will use playful scenarios to spark imagination while keeping the conversation real.
